Frozen Banana Yogurt TreatSince the recent heatwave in the Northeast I’ve been craving cool and refreshing treats.  Utilizing my homemade yogurt, bananas and my favorite gadget of them all – my Vitamix 750, I’ve created this quick and yummy frozen banana yogurt treat.

The combination of caramel, banana and cinnamon is truly finger-licking good!  This is also an excellent treat to make if you have unexpected company and need to whip something up as quick as possible!

 
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup plain yogurt (I use my homemade Greek yogurt)
  • 5 large frozen bananas, peeled and halved
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup pecans
 
Instructions
  1. Blend using a high speed blender or a food processor.
  2. Serve immediately.
